How to Make:
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan over moderate flame and add cumin seeds and dried red chillis. Once the cumin seeds turn slightly golden in color, add onions. Saute the onions till golden brown in color.
- Now add turmeric powder, green chillies, dry mango powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Stir the ingredients for few seconds and then immediately add washed beans. Season the beans with salt. Next, add water and cover the lid for 10-15 minutes or until softened (cook for less time if you like crunchy beans).
- Once done, transfer the sabzi in a serving bowl. This delicious beans sabzi is usually eaten with wholewheat chapatis and is very high fiber and healthy. Serve with hot rotis or even parathas.
