Ingredients:

  • Papad khichiya, readymade 4
  • Oil for deep-frying
  • Butter ½ tablespoon
  • Red chilli-garlic chutney 1 tablespoon
  • Green chutney as required
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Tomato chopped 1 medium
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped as required
  • Chaat masala to sprinkle

Method:

- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.Deep-fry papads till they puff up. Drain on absorbent paper.

- Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli-garlic chutney and sauté for a minute. Transfer into a bowl.

- Spread some butter-chutney mixture and green chutney on each fried papad. Put some onion, tomato and coriander leaves on top. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.

Serve immediately...
