COVID-19 affects peoples in different - different ways. Most infected people will develop mild to moderate illness and recover without hospitalization and special treatment.


Most common symptoms:

  • fever
  • dry cough
  • tiredness



Less common symptoms:

  1. aches and pains
  2. sore throat
  3. diarrhoea
  4. conjunctivitis
  5. headache
  6. loss of taste or smell
  7. a rash on skin, or discolouration of fingers or toes



In this situation we don't need to panic. mental health problems are common during this time. Here are some tips to reduce stress and promote positivity you should tell your friends and family


  • Stop Breath: -   Breaths in slowely through your nose, then slowly breathe out.

              Slow breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress, because it signals to your brain to relax your body.

              Notice how you are feeling and what you are thinking, without judgment. Instead of responding or reacting to those thoughts or feelings, note them, and then   let them go.

  • Connect with others : Talking to people you trust can help. Keep in regular contact with people close to you. Tell them how you are feeling and share any concerns.
  • Keep to a healthy routine
  • Be kind to yourself and others
  • Reach out for help if you need it
