Located at the Town Hall street of Dholpur area, Rajasthan and Also known as Ghanta Ghar, this 150-feet high pinnacle was begun by Raja Nihal Singh in 1880. The tower was finished around the year 1910 by Raja Ram Singh. The foot of this pinnacle is secured with 12 equivalent estimated entryways and spreads a zone of around 120 feet.
It has 125 stairs to arrive at the top. The Nihal tower is one of the significant spots of fascination in the locale of Dholpur.
A wonderful chhatri bolstered by 8 columns is situated on the highest floor. A Ghanta (a chime made of metal) weighing 600 Kg and 25 feet in the periphery is hanging here. The hammer which was utilized to strike the Ghanta is 5 Kg in weight. Its voice can be heard for a few Kilometers.
The outstanding Dholpur Military School (Which is famous for its wonderful architecture) is housed in Kesarbagh Palace, a superb chateau of the previous leader of the recent Dholpur State. It is 10.5 kilometers from Dholpur City.
