The City Palace is famus for the buetiful and delicacy of the artwork. It is adorned with stone carvings, excellent classical paintings, stucco work,  lattice work and frescoes. City Place has a huge hall inside the place where The Royal family meet with the common  people for hearing and resolving their problems. This hall is known as Darbaar.  The attraction of this hall is beautiful frescoes and exquisite latticework which is master piece of Rajasthan architecture. When you look this place you can't stop yourselves to say this is master piece of Rajasthan Artecture.

Earlier the entire City was surrounded by 'red sandstone wall' and bastions for security  purpose. The wall has eleven side enterances and 6 gates. The wall not maintain properly so it became ruins.
