it is a hotel as well as a tourist attraction. certain zones of the space are non accessible by people whereas the other zones are converted to a hotel. It comes under the few heritage sites in Rajasthan. As you keep walking following you google maps navigation the streets become narrower and then suddenly you will see some exquisite buildings - The beautiful Rampuria Havelis.
Although going inside these buildings is not permissible, you will easily spend some time around these building taking marvelous photographs. you should visit if are going through bikaner. An interesting spot in old Bikaner to appreciate the intricate architecture akin to this part of India. Do go as early as possible around 10 A.M or so as that’s when the morning light hits these buildings at the perfect angles plus since it’s a congested area post morning it’ll be very difficult to reach this place and impossible to take photos standing in the middle of the busy lanes on which these buildings are built.
One can’t enter as these are privately owned and mostly locked up mansions.
